Privacy Policy

We collect: (a) account information you provide at sign-up (name, email, company, entity type); (b) financial data you upload for processing (trial balances, general ledgers, supporting documents); (c) usage analytics (pages visited, features used, performance metrics) to improve the platform; and (d) payment information processed and stored by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.

We use your information to: provide and operate the Service, generate financial reports and MD&A narratives from your data, authenticate and secure your account, process subscription billing, communicate service updates and support responses, and improve the platform's reliability and features. We do not use your financial data to train AI models.

Your financial data is processed server-side within isolated user contexts. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and encrypted at rest using AES-256. You control retention: uploaded source files are discarded after the active processing session unless you save them; saved reports and templates remain until you delete them. We do not sell, rent, or share your financial data with advertisers or data brokers — ever.

We share limited data with vetted providers to deliver the Service:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting; stores account info, saved reports, and metadata.
• Stripe — subscription billing; receives email and payment details.
• Anthropic Claude API — narrative generation; receives aggregated financial figures and prompts derived from your data, processed under Anthropic's zero-retention enterprise terms.
• Creatify — optional video rendering; receives the script text and avatar selection you choose.

We implement industry-standard safeguards: encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access control (RBAC), least-privilege service accounts, audit logging, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information and notify you promptly of any incident affecting your data.

You can delete saved reports, templates, and uploaded files anytime from your account. Account deletion permanently removes your personal data and saved content within 30 days, except where limited retention is required by law (e.g., tax and billing records). Anonymized usage analytics may be retained for service improvement.

We use minimal session cookies required for authentication and to remember your preferences (such as theme). We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage; we do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Fintravo is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, delete your data, export your data in a portable format, and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision.
